Features of Porcelain White Catering Plates
1. High-temperature firing, strong and durable
Adopting 1280℃ high-temperature firing technology, Mohs hardness reaches 6.5, and the impact resistance is 40% higher than that of ordinary ceramics. According to laboratory testing, it can withstand sudden temperature changes from -20℃ to 150℃, and is suitable for microwave ovens, ovens and dishwashers (temperature tolerance range: -20℃~150℃).
2. Embossed border to enhance the aesthetics of the table
The edge of the plate adopts 0.5mm deep embossing technology, and the three-dimensional pattern design enhances the visual layering. After 100,000 friction tests, the wear resistance of the embossed pattern reaches ISO level 4 standard, and the clear texture can still be maintained after long-term use.
3. Overglaze color technology, long-lasting color
Using inorganic glaze imported from Germany, the color is fixed by secondary firing at 850℃, and the color fastness reaches GB/T 3532-2022 standard level 5 (the highest level). After 200 hours of ultraviolet accelerated aging test, the color fading rate is <5%.
4. Food grade safety, lead-free and cadmium-free
Through EU EN71-3 and US FDA certification, the lead and cadmium dissolution amount is <0.01mg/dm² (the national standard limit is 0.5mg/dm²). Using natural mineral raw materials, it does not contain plasticizers and heavy metals, and can safely contact acidic foods (pH value 2~12).
Application Scenarios of Porcelain White Dish
1. High-end restaurants
The embossed border and pure white are matched with the chef’s creative cooking to enhance the visual presentation of the dishes. For example, French restaurants use it to serve foie gras, the white background highlights the color of the ingredients, and the embossed pattern adds an artistic feel.
2. Hotel dining
The temperature difference resistance supports direct plating of hot food (such as grilled steak), and can be stacked for storage to save space. The 12-inch diameter (30.5cm) specification is suitable for Chinese and Western buffet tables, and a single plate can bear up to 3kg.
3. Daily family meals
Lead-free and cadmium-free materials ensure the health of children and pregnant women, and the thin and light design is convenient for the elderly to use. The 8-inch (20.3cm) specification is suitable for daily dishes such as staple foods and salads, which is easy to clean and does not hide stains.
4. Wedding banquets
The overglaze color process supports customized LOGO or blessings to meet personalized needs. The use of a set (including main plate, dessert plate, and bread plate) can unify the theme style of the banquet and enhance the sense of ceremony.
5. Airline catering
Through the impact resistance test, it can adapt to the turbulent environment of the aircraft. The weight of a single plate is only 380g, which is more high-end than plastic tableware, and it also meets the safety standards for aviation food contact materials (FAA 25.853).
Cleaning and Maintenance Guide for White Fine Dining Plates
1. Daily cleaning
Wipe with a soft sponge or cotton cloth to avoid scratching the glaze with steel wool (hardness differences may cause scratches).
For stubborn stains, soak in baking soda + warm water for 10 minutes before cleaning. Do not use strong acid or strong alkali cleaners (pH value must be between 6 and 8).
2. Dishwasher use
Place on the upper shelf to avoid collision with metal tableware.
Select “porcelain mode” (water temperature ≤ 65℃), disable “high temperature sterilization mode” (>70℃ may cause micro cracks in the glaze).
3. Long-term storage
When stacking, separate with non-woven fabric, and the height of each layer should not exceed 15cm to prevent deformation caused by pressure.
The humidity of the storage environment should be controlled at 40%~60% to avoid mold growth.
4. Special stain treatment
Tea/coffee stains: wipe with lemon juice or white vinegar, let it stand for 5 minutes and then rinse.
Oil stains: Soak in warm water and add a few drops of detergent. Do not use strong alkaline oil cleaners (may cause the glaze to matte).
