University-Enterprise Collaboration Injects New Vitality, Technology Empowers Ceramic Industry – Chaozhou Science and Technology Bureau Leads University Experts to Jinqiangyi Ceramics for Cooperation Exploration

To deepen university-enterprise collaborative innovation and empower the high-quality development of the ceramic industry through technology, recently, the Chaozhou Science and Technology Bureau led a delegation of professors and experts from Guangdong University of Technology and Hanshan Normal University to visit Jinqiangyi Ceramics. Both parties held in-depth discussions on core topics including technological R&D, achievement transformation, and talent cultivation, jointly exploring cooperation paths and injecting cutting-edge technological impetus into the enterprise.
 
During the visit, accompanied by the company’s key leaders, the expert team successively inspected the intelligent production workshop and R&D center, observing the operation of digital production lines, the application of core processes, and the progress of new product R&D on-site. They also inquired in detail about technical bottlenecks and innovation needs in the production process. At the seminar, the company’s responsible person introduced the enterprise’s development status in intelligent manufacturing and product innovation, as well as technical demands in fields such as ceramic mold material improvement, automation technology upgrading, and design innovation.
 
Combining their respective research fields, university experts proposed professional solutions tailored to the enterprise’s needs, and conducted in-depth discussions on the feasibility of cooperation in areas like the R&D of new ceramic mold materials and the optimization of production processes. Both parties reached a preliminary cooperation intention. In the future, relying on the universities’ scientific research resources and the enterprise’s production practice advantages, they will establish an industry-university-research cooperation platform, promote the commercialization of scientific research achievements, and jointly cultivate technical talents to achieve mutual benefit and win-win results.
